We at the Federation of Indo-Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FIICC) are on a look out for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to manage our extensive Human Resource Department.
Responsibilities
Oversees all company HR activities, including:
• Manage FIICC HR team.
• Be an active member of the company senior management team.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the onboarding and training process for new employees, including orientation and training programs.
• Develop and implement strategic changes and programs that are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations to management for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Designs protocols that promote talent acquisition and performance management
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in the HR field
Preferred Qualification
• Proven record as a senior member or manager in an HR related role for a global company (MNC or Indian company with global customer base)
• • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• IT Recruitment experience & Experience in a global environment- An advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS, leave/ attendance management systems etc.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong leadership, strategic and interpersonal skills - with the ability to build relationships with Client
