Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to lead the HR team who can make JK Securities a great employment destination
for the top talent in our industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating & sourcing talent,
onboarding, undertaking employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, and
ensuring that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and established
regulations. The candidate will be responsible to create and maintain a culture that attracts top talent to fill open
positions.
Roles & Responsibilities
âž” Manages end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant details. Ensure that the new hire orientation process is executed properly and introduce new employees to the corporate culture
âž” Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
âž” Deliver compensation and benefit reports and calculations to the executive team each month and manage the payroll process.
âž” Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
âž” Develop a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
âž” Ensure all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulations
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
➔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field
âž” 5+ years experience in a human resources position preferably in service industry
âž” Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
âž” Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
