Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to lead the HR team who can make JK Securities a great employment destination
for the top talent in our industry. The HR Manager will be responsible for evaluating & sourcing talent,
onboarding, undertaking employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies, and
ensuring that all employee-related policies in each department align with our corporate goals and established
regulations. The candidate will be responsible to create and maintain a culture that attracts top talent to fill open
positions.
Roles & Responsibilities
➔ Manages end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Keep job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant details. Ensure that the new hire orientation process is executed properly and introduce new employees to the corporate culture
➔ Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
➔ Deliver compensation and benefit reports and calculations to the executive team each month and manage the payroll process.
➔ Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
➔ Develop a training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
➔ Ensure all employment practices comply with national, state and local regulations
Candidate Profile & Skill Requirements
➔ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related business field
➔ 5+ years experience in a human resources position preferably in service industry
➔ Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
➔ Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
