JOB DESCRIPTION
• This role of HR Manager is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
• Managing office documents and generate sales reports.
• Maintain statutory compliance experience (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
• Managing day to day customer problems and come with reasonable solutions.
• Representing FAAR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (OPC) PVT. LTD to building the network for increasing the company’s sales.
• Build relationships with prospective networks.
• Manage to recruit pipeline on your hand side with company guidelines.
QUALIFICATION
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR executive or 2 years as an HR Manager.
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA.
• Have team leader skills and an ability to handle massive teams at a time independently.
• Have the potential to handle work pressure with targeted deadlines.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills.
• Comfortable phone calling and must have a personal laptop.
• Must be able to create a good presentation before of clients.
PREFERABLE
• Have great Communication skills.
• Immediately available
• Pursuing or Completed a Master`s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
