JOB DESCRIPTION

This role of HR Manager is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

Managing office documents and generate sales reports.

Maintain statutory compliance experience (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

Managing day to day customer problems and come with reasonable solutions.

Representing FAAR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (OPC) PVT. LTD to building the network for increasing the companys sales.

Build relationships with prospective networks.

Manage to recruit pipeline on your hand side with company guidelines.

QUALIFICATION

3-5 years of experience as an HR executive or 2 years as an HR Manager.

Have strong negotiation skills

Must have a Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA.

Have team leader skills and an ability to handle massive teams at a time independently.

Have the potential to handle work pressure with targeted deadlines.

Have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills.

Comfortable phone calling and must have a personal laptop.

Must be able to create a good presentation before of clients.

PREFERABLE

Have great Communication skills.

Pursuing or Completed a Master`s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
