HR Roles and Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle management
• Handling end to end recruitment
• Conducting campus and Off campus drives for Shortlisting the Candidates
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job in appropriate job portals and maintain relations with campus and recruitment agencies.
• screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection process/methods to filter the candidates within schedule.
• Onboarding
• Employee Information Management – KYE, Employee Documents etc.,
• Manage employee records digitally
• Generate HR letters
• Track all company assets given to employees
• Capture real-time attendance from Access control / biometric machines
• Define your company attendance and leave policy
• Leave tracking and complete leave accounting
• Shift management
• Process payroll, Payroll re-imbursements, payouts and disbursements
2. Implementation of HR Policies.
3. Manage Office supplies and Other Related duties.
4. Petty Cash Management and utility payments.
5. Payroll and Expenses MIS reports with documentation of expense bills
6. General Administration Duties.
7. Cross examining about the statutory compliances with appropriate authorities with assistance of management.
8. Communicating and reporting with top management.
