Job Description:
As the HR Manager at SMSS you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our recruitment consultancy attracts, develops, and retains top talent, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to advertise job vacancies effectively.
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.
3. Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and facilitate career development.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
4. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
