We have own Saw Mills and infrastructure for wood processing, that can guarantee 100% in house production, which is an important factor when considering the overall environmental impact of any infrastructure project. Our Saw Mills are capable of producing sawn timbers in various length and dimensions achievable from the log.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop company vision, mission, objectives, organizational goals.

• Strategically plan and implement HR initiatives and policies.

• Identify legal requirements, government regulations and ensure compliance of policies and procedures for License, Insurance, ESI, PF, Labor rules

• Develop SOP Documentation for HR Department.

• Prepare annual budget for Human Resource Operations

• Implement effective recruitment process to ensure quality staffing.

• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

• Facilitate joining formalities of new employees and conduct induction.
