JOB DESCRIPTION:
Checking of Attendance prepared by HR Team.
Salary and wage Administration of Group of Companies.
Statutory documentation and submission to the concerned authorities in time.
Co-ordination with Factory HR Staff for necessary help under all Acts mainly ., ESI, Factory act, Contract labour Act etc.
Preparation of Employees (group companies) yearly earnings for TDS calculation.
Preparation of Full and Final Payment of left employees.
To co-ordinate with Factory HR Staff for worker compensation policy & group personal accident scheme & worker Medical policy of Bavla plant.
Preparation and submission of insurance documents to the concerned authorities.
House-keeping Management. Bill checking and payment.
Bonus, Leave encashment and other payment related issues solved.
Arrange to prepare Bonus provisions for group companies and making arrangements of Leave encashment to workmen/staff members.
Co-ordination with accounts department for all statutory payments and other HR related matters.
Submission of statutory documents to the government authorities whenever required and liaison activities till completion of task.
Vehicle management.
Overall supervision of the activities carried out by the Office/Factory HR Staff.
Overall responsibility of Admin Activities of group companies.
To coordinate for every event management.
To Assist seniors / directors for their help as and when required.
