Position : HR cum Admin & Liason Manager

Location : Nehrunagar & Vatva,Ahmedabad

Experience : 8+ Yrs

Education : MBA-HR/PGDM- HR & LLB

Salary : Upto 6 LPA (No Bar for Right Candidate)

Position Overview:

The Liaisoning cum HR Officer will be responsible for managing human resources activities and maintaining effective communication with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. This role requires a blend of HR expertise and the ability to handle liaison activities to ensure compliance and smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaisoning:

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external agencies.

Facilitate obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for Chemical plant.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Address and resolve any legal or compliance issues that may arise.

Human Resources Management:

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all liaisoning activities, permits, licenses, and HR documentation.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on HR metrics and compliance status.

Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and company information.

Compliance and Legal:

Stay updated on changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and other legal requirements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Provide guidance and support to management on HR and legal matters.
