This position is responsible for ensuring that the organization's human capital is effectively recruited, trained, developed, and retained to support the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires.
Maintain HR records and documentation. Manage employee files and databases.
Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Implement performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
