Roles and Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliances:
Ensure compliance with various statutory acts, including but not limited to Entity, CLRA, Factory, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Employees Compensation Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and Professional Tax Act.
Labour Laws Compliances:
Coordinate and facilitate compliance with labor laws.
Handle registrations for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
Manage PF and ESIC claim queries, settlements, and inspections.
Salary Administration:
Review and approve team-generated salary payments.
Monitor timely salary payments and address escalations and queries.
Annual Returns and Registers:
Coordinate and prepare timely submission of annual returns under applicable acts.
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of registers as required by relevant acts.
Challan Generation and Timely Payments:
Responsible for timely challan generation, payment, and filing of monthly returns.
Insurance Coordination:
Coordinate the procurement and approval of Workers' Compensation (WC) policies as per client requirements.
Documentation and Communication:
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including letters, agreements, and replies to inspection notices.
Track and record incoming and outgoing notices and letters.
Vendor Management:
Manage vendor relationships and oversee documentation processes.
Legal Liaison:
Attend court hearings and liaise with respective authorities to settle
