Key Responsibilities (KRA):
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Narayan Buildcon, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Build and expand a HR recruitment business by identifying clients, developing recruitment strategies, and managing placements.
Develop a recruitment team and implement efficient hiring processes.
2. HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Align HR policies with business objectives and manage workforce planning.
Design strategies for talent retention and employee engagement.
Implement HR tech solutions for recruitment and employee management.
3. Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Training:
Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
5. Business Development for Recruitment Services:
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring corporate clients in need of recruitment services.
Create a strong database of industry professionals and talent pipelines.
Manage client relationships and oversee recruitment operations for external clients.
