ory Employee Management:

i)Oversee all HR functions related to factory employees.

ii)Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.

uitment and Selection:

i)Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.

ii)Handle induction and placement of new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

3)Performance Management:

i)Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.

ii)Address performance issues and facilitate employee development programs.

4)Employee Confirmation and Transfers:

i)Manage the confirmation process for new hires and handle employee transfers within the organization.

5)Record Keeping and Administration:

i)Supervise the maintenance of essential records such as personnel files, leave registers, attendance registers, and wage registers.

ii)Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding record keeping.

6)Industrial Health, Safety & Welfare:

i)Coordinate and address issues related to industrial health, safety, and welfare.

ii)Develop and implement programs to promote a safe working environment.

7)Employee Relations:

i)Foster and maintain positive and productive relationships between employees and management.

ii)Address and resolve any employee grievances or conflicts.

8)New Recruitments and Employee Retention:

i)Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent.

ii)Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction to reduce turnover.
