Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.

2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce.

3. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

4. Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and improve overall performance.

5. Manage employee relations and provide support on employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

6. Collaborate with management to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals.

7. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and up to date.
