Proven work experience as an HR Executive / HR Manager (HR Generalist) in Manufacturing Industry
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Knowledge in ESI, PF and Bonus
Payroll Processing
Knowledge in Job Portals
Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
BSc/MSc//MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
