Job Description
We are looking forward to a Data-Driven HR Manager joining our organization who help us to identify recruitment needs, ensure employee welfare, and strategic approach in designing recruitment plans and business plans.
Job Responsibilities
Identify Hiring needs and develop strategic solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
Provide guidance and input on team restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, and sales team performance.
Plan a recruitment strategy
Involve in recruitment and team handling.
Analyze trends and metrics in the HR department
Employee Grievance handling
Employee engagement
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure best HR practices
Key requirements
5 years of working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
People-oriented and Goal-driven.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
Experience in designing Strategic plans
Excellent active listening,
Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to effectively engage and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
