Recruiting, Interviewing, Selecting, On-boarding, and Exit:
Coordinates with the team and leads recruitment efforts including creating job descriptions and
postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, negotiating, and extending offers, issuing local
contracts, and developing comprehensive plans for onboarding and providing employee orientation
sessions.
Maintains applicant tracking for posted jobs and prepares reports on weekly/monthly/annual
recruitment and the status of job openings.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Oversees recruitment strategy, policies, and practices, leading the HR planning for recruitment
efforts.
Administration, Payroll and Employee Engagement:
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and handle grievances
Administer HR-related documentation, and manage the organizations database and reports in a
clear and precise manner.
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, including leave and attendance management
Ensure year-end tax info is submitted to accounting/finance on time by employees
Lead end-to-end payroll processing, including; bonus/incentive pay, increment process and F&F.
Assist employees with new policies and ensure their adherence, introduce employees to the new/
changing policies and resolve their concerns along with ensuring their applicability. Upkeep the
employee handbook and contributes to the development of policies
Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals
Coordinate and plan employee engagement activities
You are where our search ends, if you hold:
Masters degree in human resources or related (mandatory).
5+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator/ HR Senior (mandatory).
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
