Key Responsibilities:
▪ Develop and implement recruitment strategies for multiple roles across the company.
▪ Source top candidates using job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and networking platforms (LinkedIn).
▪ Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to find the best talent.
▪ Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
▪ Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve strategies.
▪ Ensure smooth onboarding and support new hires in their journey with us.
▪ Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
▪ Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet recruitment goals.
▪ Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
▪ Strategic Recruitment Planning: Design and execute recruitment campaigns for senior and specialized roles across different functions.
Qualifications:
▪ Proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably startup).
▪ Expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
▪ Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships.
▪ Multitasking skills with the ability to manage various recruitment pipelines.
