• Should have 3+ years as a manager & team handing experience

• Should have managed a span of 500+ employees in an International BPO

☆ Salary:

• Upto 12L (depending on experience & last CTC)

☆ Job Responsibilities:

• To work closely with management & employees

• Performance management

• Employee engagement

• Organizing fun activities

• To provide HR policy, guidance & interpretation

• To conduct policy refresher sessions

• To manage & resolve employee issues

☆ Office Days:

• pm to pm (Mon to Fri)

• Sat & Sun fixed weekly off
