Role Objective:
Managing HR planning and budgeting that includes recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, training, development, and compliance with employment
laws. Ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in line with
the companys goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Plan & Budget:
o Create an HR plan for the organization in conjunction with the organization
plan.
o Propose, negotiate and manage HR budgets in accordance with internal
procedures thereby ensuring the best value and quality
2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
3. Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related
to workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
o Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
o Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention
strategies.
4. Performance Management:
o Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
o Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and
feedback.
o Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming
employees.
5. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
o Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
o Facilitate leadership and management training sessions.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
o Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
o Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation
packages.
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and
other perks.
7. Compliance and Policy Management:
o Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
