• Implementing systems for monitoring productivity, suggesting solutions for issues, and offering potential improvements.

• Ensuring staff suitability and staff well-being within an organization.

• Looking after workplace relations and guiding the culture of the organization.

• Conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.

• Consulting executives on decisions impacting all management levels.

• Working on payslips generation, offer letter & reliving letter release, attendance, performance, etc;
