1. Manage employee life cycle (onboarding, transfers, separations).

2. Maintain accurate HR records and databases.

3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Talent Management:

1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.

2. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.

3. Support performance management and succession planning.

Employee Engagement:

1. Foster positive work culture and employee relations.

2. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

3. Conduct employee feedback surveys and suggest improvements.

Recruitment:

1. Manage recruitment processes (end-to-end).

2. Develop job descriptions and interview guides.

3. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.

Employee Relations:

1. Handle employee grievances and conflicts.

2. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations.

3. Ensure timely resolution of employee issues.

Miscellaneous:

1. Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

2. Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Operations).

3. Prepare HR reports and analytics.

Requirements:

Education:

- Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a deputy manager role.
