We are looking for an Assistant Human Resource Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
●.Maintaining employee records and files, including keeping track of leave records and performance reviews.
● Managing the HR department calendar and scheduling meetings.
● Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
● Identifying and establishing contact with relevant colleges and universities, fostering strong relationships with placement officials.
● Exploring opportunities for partnerships with colleges in areas like internships, training programs and placement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
