Primary responsibility:
According to the company's human resources planning and recruitment needs, make general and blue collar workers recruitment plan;
Responsible for the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, including but not limited to job fairs, labor markets, network platforms, universities, Party B's company, etc.;
Responsible for docking with the employer, coordinating the on-boarding process to ensure the smooth entry of new employees;
Analyze the recruitment data regularly, evaluate the recruitment effect, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
Complete other related work assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
College degree or above, major in human resource management, marketing or related is preferred;
More than one year recruitment or related work experience, blue-collar worker recruitment experience is preferred;
Familiar with the recruitment process, understand various recruitment channels, have a good ability to expand and maintain recruitment channels;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish a good relationship with candidates;
Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, can complete the recruitment task on time and quality;
Skilled use of office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Able to adapt to fast-paced working environment, have the ability to work under pressure and team work spirit.
