Ø Handle HR activities like joining and relieving formalities of employee
Ø Labor and Industrial Relations - managing a workforce of skilled and unskilled workers.
Ø Manpower planning and recruitments.
Ø Developing the induction programmers for the new recruits
Ø Regular Administration Activities.
Ø Handling Office Coordination Work
Ø Handle payroll on biometric software,
Ø Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
Ø Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
Ø Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.
Ø Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
Ø Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
Ø Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
Ø Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
Ø Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter,
Ø Handling the payroll process for both contract & permanent employees.
Ø Handling salary related queries/Employees grievance.
Ø Responsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files.
