JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for formulation, review and successful implementation of HR Policies & Procedures with consultation of Management.
• Preparation of Budget for HR Department, Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal & Reward System to build and retain a committed workforce.
• Supervision of HR database maintenance, Personnel file maintenance and Monthly Attendance.
• Designed and implemented employee motivation programmes like Team Building Activities, In-House competitions, Workshops etc.
• Preparation of MIS Reports
• Conduct Exit Interview
• Responsible for Full and Final Settlement of exit employees.
• Responsible for issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, background verification and database updating for all the employees.
• Responsible for on-boarding & induction.
• Maintained and updated all HR documents . employees' personal records, training records, payroll records etc. as per the statutory requirements under Shops & Establishment Act and ISO Procedures.
• Responsible for formulation, review and successful implementation of HR Policies & Procedures with consultation of Management.

• Addressing the employee Grievances and reporting back to the management.
• Strategy functions & Process Mapping related to the Business of the organisation in each department.
• Creating organisational goal, breaking the organisational goal in to a sub goal and to the individual goal, ensuring that everyone is following it- to be created & assigned to all employees.
