Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures
Manage and supervise the recruitment and selection process.
On boarding newcomers to the company.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands and grievances & nurture positive working environment
Responsible for employee joining formalities, preparing and
issuing offer letters, appointment letters, formulating the salary
structure for new hires.
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
Devise strategies for evaluation, development, training, etc.
Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance to
junior HR staff
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Ensure all concerned employees are educated on the latest
applicable regulations and processes.
Retain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval
system and keeping all past and current records.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
Supervising day-to-day operations of the admin department and
staff members.
Assess company operations within manufacturing functions to
determine statutory compliance risk.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems,
policies, and procedures.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary office supplies
