Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing trainers from job portals, social networking sites and references

Analyse the needs of students or corporate houses and sourcing candidates according to their needs.

Screening and shortlisting potential candidates

Arranging and conducting interviews- in person or phone calls

Negotiating work conditions and closing

Maintaining records and database management

Good understanding of IT requirements

Excellent communication and management skills

Outstanding networking skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines
