We are hiring for the position of HR IT Recruiter @ Chennai-Work from office!

Location: Chennai - Ambattur (Work from office)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing the candidates through various job portals and social media platforms

• Screening the candidates over phone

• Scheduling the interview and coordinating the entire interview process

• Follow-up on the interview status

• Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved on time

• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening

• Maintaining daily tracker and updating the submission database

Good communication skills required.

Experience: 6 months- 3 Years

Experience into IT Recruitment.

Staffing, it recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing till candidate onboarding, follow-ups, maintaining database, bulk hiring.

Notice period : Immediate or 15days
