We are hiring for the position of HR IT Recruiter @ Chennai-Work from office!

Location: Chennai - Ambattur (Work from office)

Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing the candidates through various job portals and social media platforms

Screening the candidates over phone

Scheduling the interview and coordinating the entire interview process

Follow-up on the interview status

Ensuring that staffing goals are achieved on time

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening

Maintaining daily tracker and updating the submission database

Good communication skills required.

Experience: 6 months- 3 Years

Experience into IT Recruitment.

Staffing, it recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing till candidate onboarding, follow-ups, maintaining database, bulk hiring.

Notice period : Immediate or 15days
