Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the staffing industry. The candidate should have expertise in hiring for all technologies and should be familiar with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be interested in working with a startup staffing firm and should be able to source and hire top-notch talent for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and personal networks.
* Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the job.
* Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to the clients and arrange interviews.
* Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process and provide regular updates.
* Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates and clients.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
* Keep up-to-date with market trends and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment with a staffing firm.
* Strong knowledge of the IT industry and experience in hiring for all technologies.
* Expertise in job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Should be willing to work with a startup staffing firm and take ownership of recruting
