About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR IT Recruiter with 0-1 year of experience to join our team in Chennai. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for our clients in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize job portals, social media, databases, and other platforms to source potential IT candidates.
- Network with professionals to build a robust talent pipeline.
2. Screening & Shortlisting:
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
4. Job Postings & Descriptions:
- Create engaging job descriptions tailored to each role.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
5. Client Coordination:
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within specified timelines.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and candidates.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate details and recruitment activities.
- Prepare reports and updates for team leads and clients.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
