Responsibilities:
Identify Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific technical skills and qualifications needed for various IT roles.
Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other platforms to find and attract qualified candidates.
Screen Candidates: Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications through resume reviews and initial screenings.
Conduct Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, and participate in the decision-making process to select the best candidates.
Manage Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Promote the Business: Build and maintain a positive brand image for BSRI Solutions in the job market through various outreach activities and events.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, digital salaries, and hiring laws to provide relevant advice and insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
