Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Conduct targeted searches and proactively reach out to potential candidates.

Participate in job fairs and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

Screening and Selection:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Administer assessments and tests as needed.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.

Hiring Process Management:

Manage the entire hiring process, from initial screening to offer and onboarding.

Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.

Negotiate salary and benefits packages.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Reporting and Analytics:

Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring performance.

Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
