About The Job
Paid Internship (A fixed performance incentive of INR 8500 will be paid for each successful closure/placement)
Selected Candidate's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Work on achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising clients.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
• Work on determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
• Work on attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Work on arranging the management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Work on updating the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and participating in professional organizations
• Work on accomplishing human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
