Responsibilities:-
* Identify hiring needs and execute Recruitment plans.
* Manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment.
* Review applications and Interview processes.
* Coordinate with the candidates Proactively.
* Develop recruitment related Documents.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
* Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
* Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
* Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
* Develop training and development programs.
* Assist in performance management processes.
Skills Required:-
* Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
* Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads.
* Familiarity with MS excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
* Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.
* Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivatedand organized.
* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or relatedfield.
* Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
* Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-llent organizational skills.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
