Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support various human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate selection, conduct interviews and reference checks, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address grievances and promote a positive culture through team-building activities and open communication.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and facilitate sessions on HR policies and company culture.

Compliance & Reporting:

Maintain employee records and prepare HR metrics reports.

The ideal candidate is passionate about people management and knowledgeable in HR best practices.
