Qualifications and Skills

BBA or MBA

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS database

Assist in organizing and conducting training programs and workshops

Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in resolving any HR related issues

Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new policies and procedures

Assist in performance management activities, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
