Your responsibilities will include:
1 - Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2 - Participating in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
3 - Supporting HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.
4 - Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
5 - Providing support to employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
6 - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
1 - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - Previous internship or work experience in HR or related field is preferred.
3 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
4 - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
7 - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
