Work on client requirements and close the positions
Sourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions
Develop candidates' data from social media and other sources
Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations
Understand the JD and company business
Source profiles accordingly
Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call
Schedule the interviews as per the client's schedules
Coordinate with client for final selection and onboarding
Invoicing and payment realization
Engage candidates till onboarding and thereafter for next three months
Prepare and maintain Recruitment Trackers appropriately regularly
Maintain clients' masters
Interact with key HR professionals of companies and develop new clients
Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Terms of Employment:
This job will be a Work From Home based one. You will be entitled for a consolidated remuneration only. You will not be entitled for any other benefits during six months of training. You will undertake to work with us for six months of training.
On completion of six months of training you will be considered for the post of HR Recruiter on a long term basis on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
You will need to use your own laptop/system and mobile in the best condition to do these tasks.
You will ensure your clock-in at Monday to Saturday to work till with one hour lunch break. Staggered timings may be applied depending on the business needs.
