Job Position - INTERN HR Recruiter (Female)

Location - Kolhapur

The vacancy is for Internship program. This post is for a Female Candidate, to LEARN and EARN with Recruitment & Placement Agency. The Candidate should be a FRESHER, interested to work in the placement and recruitment sector. The selected person will have to co-ordinate with the HR Manager and HR Recruiters to generate vacancies and assisting in placement of candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and update job descriptions

Source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms)

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

Completing timely reports on recruitment activity

Qualifications and Skills

Skills -

Computer literacy this position requires a strong familiarity with social networking sites and job applicant systems, use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to reach potential applicants

Organizational skills scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.

Time management from answering phone calls and emails to greeting interviewees, multiple tasks management skills. Effective time management helps operations run smoothly and on time
