HR Intern
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Executives to join our dynamic HR team. This is an
excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in human
resources. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in various HR functions and initiatives,
supporting the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes,
conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
into the organization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical files and digital HR
systems.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation sessions and training programs.
Support the administration of employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related
inquiries.
Assist in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, and recognition
programs.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment through proactive
employee relations efforts.
Assist with data entry and analysis related to HR metrics and reports.
Handle administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and
organizing meetings.
Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR
processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a
related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
