Job Title: Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive

Shift: US night shift, fixed shift with roster off
Process : this is US inbound Tickting process. Candidates have to take 15-30 inbound calls in a day only and book flight and train tickets for US customers as per their requirements and queries.
Working Days: 24 days in a month, 6 week offs, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave, 15 compensatory offs per year
Training: 30 days fully paid training provided
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools.
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
Proven customer care experience in any International BPO or experience as a Travel Sales Representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
