Assist in organizing and updating forms including but not limited to formal letters and documents

Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner with keeping confidentiality as priority

Retrieve documents as requested by HR team members or other departments

Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement surveys

Assist with all HR related projects and initiatives as assigned

Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements
