Job Overview:
This role entails contributing to onboarding, CSR initiatives, and employee engagement. Utilize your proactive mindset to support HR processes and foster a positive work culture, ensuring strategic growth and success.
Create:
Engaging content, assisting in social media management, and developing presentations using MS PowerPoint for various digital marketing efforts.
Nurture:
Participation in planning and nurturing a positive work culture by executing engagement activities, events, and initiatives that boost employee morale and foster a sense of belonging.
Manage:
The documentation, materials, and resources for the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. HR processes throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment support, compliance management, and facilitating smooth operations during offboarding. Corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as volunteering programs, community outreach, and sustainability projects.
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration BBA(HR)/MBA or related fields. Demonstrated proficiency in MS PowerPoint. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, and identify opportunities. Should be Flexible to adapt to changing priorities, work effectively in a dynamic environment.
