We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and on boarding processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support HR team in various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
