Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and assist in the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and participate in the selection process.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare orientation materials and assist in conducting orientation sessions.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Handle basic employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the resolution of employee issues under the guidance of HR professionals.
Training and Development:
Support the coordination of training programs.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
Help organize and coordinate workshops or seminars.
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining HR files and records.
Provide support in the preparation of HR reports.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
Compliance and Policies:
Contribute to ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Assist in compliance-related tasks and audits.
Communication:
Assist in internal HR communications. Contribute to the development of HR-related content for the company's communication channels.
Projects and Research:
Participate in HR projects as assigned.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Requirement :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
