Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern at Lernx. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, including HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. You will also support marketing initiatives and help create promotional materials. Daily tasks may include conducting research, creating content for social media, assisting with recruitment efforts, and providing general administrative support.
Qualifications
Knowledge of human resources and HR management
Experience or interest in personnel management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
