Recruitment:
You will assist the HR team in recruiting and hiring new talent for the agency, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding:
You will help with the onboarding process for new hires, which could include preparing orientation materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring that new employees have the necessary equipment and access to company systems.
Training and development:
You may assist with the training and development of agency employees, helping to identify areas where additional training or support is needed and working with HR and department managers to implement training programs.
Employee relations:
You will be involved in employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building activities, addressing employee concerns or complaints, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Benefits and compensation:
You will help with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, including processing payroll, managing employee time off, and helping employees with questions about their benefits.
Compliance:
You will assist with ensuring that the agency is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR, including employment laws and data privacy regulations.
HR metrics and reporting:
You may help with tracking and analyzing HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates and engagement levels, and creating reports to share with HR and company leadership.
