We are looking for individuals who can-
Shortlist candidates and line up the interviews.
Prepare JD as per the requirement.
Call and coordinate with the team as well as candidates when needed.
Assist HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
Maintain employee files and HR databases with updated information.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
Compile data and prepare reports as needed by HR management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and records.
REQUIREMENT:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous HR internship or related work experience is a plus, but not required.
