Job Description

The key responsibilities for an HR are as follows : 1. Recruitment and Staffing

Managing the recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates.

Working with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.

Screening and shortlisting candidates.

Conducting interviews and assessments.

Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes.

2. Employee Relations

Addressing employee queries and concerns.

Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

Managing employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.

Supporting the development and maintenance of a positive company culture.

3. Performance Management

Managing the performance review process, setting objectives, and tracking progress.

Working with managers to identify areas of improvement for employees and develop improvement plans.

Implementing employee training and development programs.
