1. Screening candidates for various IT and non-IT profiles (as per the requirement)

2. Sharing job description and rating the candidate based on various parameters as per the job description

3. Conducting telephonic rounds

4. Following up with the candidates for interviews and sharing the interview schedules with them

5. Updating the daily tracker and MIS reports

6. Taking regular feedback, once the candidate has joined the respective company

7. Following up with the candidates for joining formalities

8. Following up with the candidates for offer letter

9. Preparing the questionnaire as per the profile
